Terms and conditions
- You will receive the leads free of charge on Friday.
- Read the lead carefully. Interpret the information, paying particular attention to the time frame, project requirements, preferences and budget.
- In the top left-hand corner, you will see the price of the lead.
- Leads will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you respond early.
- You can place an order by replying to the email, stating the lead number.
- We will process the orders on Tuesday. When the lead is available, you will receive it by email, together with the contact information. If the lead is sold out, we will notify you by email.
- You will receive an invoice after you have purchased the lead.
- You can only claim a refund if you notify us of your complaint by email within five working days after purchasing a lead, and if the content of the lead proves to be invalid.
- When following up on the lead, please mention Cantab; that way, a prospect will know that you found them with our help.
- Cantab is only responsible for the integrity of the leads, not for the commercial results.
- The Cantab lead contains marketing information with commercial content. It is not a guarantee that you will be asked to quote or get an appointment.
