What happens once you apply for a position at Cantab?
1. Your letter
Once we have received your letter and CV, we will inform you as to whether or not you will be invited for a job interview.
2. The job interview
During the first interview, we will talk about your application letter and CV. We will also tell you a bit about the working methods, culture and career opportunities at Cantab. If this meeting goes well, you will be invited to the second and last selection round (the selection day).
3. The selection day
This day will enable you to form a good picture of Cantab and we will also have the chance to get to know you better. In the morning, a Cantab consultant will give you and the other candidates a marketing problem – the idea is that, as a group, you will formulate your advice and present it to us. This is all about teamwork and group discussion of B2B marketing. A group lunch will follow and you will have the opportunity to ask prospective future colleagues questions about Cantab. In the afternoon, you will attend a short training course in business communication with decision-makers via telephone. Communication at management level not only requires substantive training, but also creativity and intelligence.
During the selection day, we will show you what our Management Development Programme consists of and what the career opportunities at Cantab are. If we feel you are a good match, we will make you an offer of employment at the end of the day!
